We are a social enterprise primarily into handmade essentials which vary between batches. We start this section by saying this because, for a customer to cancel our order and claim refund, following are to be kindly noted:
- If the product received is damaged and broken
- If the package is tampered
then, the customer can contact for a cancellation and refund. However,
- If the product does not match the picture in website (may not match all the time because of the batch variations)
- If the product bought in a previous order is aesthetically different from the current order ( again while looks of products may vary between batches, quality is not compromised
then, the customer may not be eligible to ask for a refund and cancellation.
Any cancellation or refund should be initiated within 2 working days of receipt of the product. The product which is to be returned should not be used partially or damaged
We can only process refunds for exchanges or returns once we have received the product. Typically this timeline is 5-7 days from the date of return shipping.
