Kadukkai (Terminalia Chebula), Thaandrikkai (Terminalia Bellirica), Amla, Mesquite bark, Activated charcoal, Clove, Alum salt, Pudina, Liquorice (Athimathuram)
HOW TO USE
With tooth brush: Take two – three pinches of the powder in your palm ; Wet your toothbrush, dab it on the powder and brush thoroughly
With hands: Wet your mouth with a gargle; Take 2-3 piches of powder in your palm and massage it across the teeth and gums with index finger
