This thalippu vadagam is traditionlly prepared every summer in south indian households and stored for the year. Adding some everyday to our dishes makes food yummier & healthier too!
All the ingredients are blended, soaked together and sun dried for days till they are dry and ready
HOW TO USE
- Take a pinch of the vadagam and use it to temper your sambar
- Once you hear the sizzling sound, go ahead with the dish!
- Add some oil, temper the vadagam with salt, dry chilles and tamarind
- Cool it down and blend together for a yummy thuvaiyal. It goes well with pulidarai especially
